We enter into a management agreement with you for a fixed monthly rent. We then manage your property on your behalf. You receive your agreed rent every month, irrespective of whether the property is currently occupied or not. We absorb all void and collection risk.
What types of properties qualify?
We accept studios, flats, and houses across all 33 London boroughs. Properties typically need to be in reasonable decorative order, self-contained, and available for a minimum 12-month period. We also consider HMOs and properties requiring minor works in some cases.
Who is responsible for maintenance and repairs?
As the landlord, you remain responsible for structural repairs and major maintenance (as required by law). We handle day-to-day operations, client communication and minor issues, and will always consult you before any significant work is carried out.
How quickly can the contract start?
Your guaranteed rent begins from the date agreed in your management contract, regardless of the occupancy.
Is the assessment truly free and no-obligation?

What happens if either party wants to end the arrangement?
